Answer: RANSOM OLDS
Problem: Valentine’s Day Town/Arbor Day Town

The overhead racetrack images can be sorted into 10 groups, each around a different racetrack in the world. These tracks can be identified using the list of turn names at the top of the puzzle. For each track, the positions of the cars can be used in connect-the-dots fashion to draw out a letter on the track.

Each set of images contains one car on a green-colored turn. That turn is one that has a different common name, starting with the letters A through J. When the drawn-out letters for each track are ordered by the selected turn’s names, the letters spell out RANSOM OLDS.
