Flats are to be solved and given indices used to derive the message DOGPOEMCARADEC. This should lead solvers to "Poems For Dogs", invented by Francois Caradec for the Oulipo. Each verse contains, phonetically, the name of a fictional dog. These match the enumerations of the flat solutions, and reusing the same indices with the dog names gives the message NOWCALLINAUDIO.
