Connect the Dots

We are presented with a circular diagram with letters. As the title suggests, we need to connect the dots between symbols that match on both sides. Once we have done so, we can simply read the letters that intersect our lines, starting from the top and going counterclockwise (following the path of the radar sweep).
This puzzle is affected by the following gizmos:

Notably, when no symbols match, this puzzle accepts the empty string as a valid solution.
