We are given a dialogue of 4 players playing a game involving naming things in others' hands. The nature of this dialogue, along with the title of the puzzle being about fireworks, should clue the card game Hanabi.
Common strategy for Hanabi involves players discarding useless cards on their left and adding newly drawn cards on their right (this is from their own point of view; the directions are flipped for others' point of view). We can assume this strategy here, so if a player plays or discards something, the newly drawn tile becomes their first tile.
The played tiles are the most likely to be in a nice sequence, since the goal of Hanabi is to play a 1-5 in order for each color. There are 26 played tiles in this game, so we might come to the conclusion that these tiles correspond to the letters of the alphabet in order.
Using this, we can figure out what happens in each turn, using the discarded tiles to help us fill in the crossword clues. There are also a couple clues where someone gives a number instead of a clue. We notice that Y is a four and that M and C is are threes; this along with the usage of "tiles" clues that these numbers refer to Scrabble scores of letters.

Capital letters are tiles that we know are that letter because they get played; numbers represent some unknown letter with that scrabble score.
From the line that Ashley says at the very end, there are two cluephrases, one of which has an enumeration. Two places to look are the other players' hands and the discarded letters.
The other players' hands spell out ??EVIOUS?Y?WNED. Putting this into Nutrimatic gets the clue PREVIOUSLY OWNED.
The discarded tiles spell out ??E?TEL?ETSREHTOMORFDENRAEL. If we flip this string backwards we get LEARNEDFROMOTHERSTE?LET?E??, which could have an enumeration at the end, TENLETTERS, and a clue LEARNED FROM OTHERS.
A 10-letter phrase that means both "learned from others" and "previously owned" is SECONDHAND.
This puzzle was mostly a shiptoast I thought of when Evan suggested writing a word puzzle involving Hanabi.
I also made this puzzle harder for myself to construct, as I tried to make this stick to Hanabi and Scrabble rules as much as possible. In particular, this means that the number of remaining hints is always between 0 and 8 inclusive, and that the letter tiles used are a subset of the Scrabble tiles (though without blanks).
