Answer:
SOLVE FOR THE GREATEST COMMON FACTORY

This clickaround appears on the factory monitors when all the 4 new AI feature requests are complete.

We have 32 clues in five different styles, one representative of each AI. Each piece is from a page in the new museum (that is, the original museum plus the 4 AI rounds).

  • Wyrm: Images have a kaleidoscope filter.
  • Bootes: ASCII art.
  • Eye: Text is read aloud.
  • Conjuri: Image have color channels translated from each other.
  • MATE: Words are sorted in alpha order and need to be anagrammed.

We can go back through the hunt and find where these are located. Upon clicking on that spot, part of the webpage pops out as a jigsaw piece and leads to a link to a jigsaw puzzle, similar to the Loading Puzzle. The jigsaw can be completed to form the following image on the front.

Additionally, each clue can be identified as an item or has a word redacted. The list of clues on the puzzle page give the clues in alpha order by this ID.

Each AI gives a method to extract a letter from a word/phrase.

  • Wyrm: Take the letter sandwiched between the same letter.
  • Bootes: Sum the letters in the word mod 26 using A1Z26.
  • Eye: Each phrase has a letter sounded out when saying it aloud.
  • Conjuri: Each item is colored and take the corresponding letter from ROYGBIV.
  • MATE: Take the single letter that is not shared with the word TEAM.
