The ring clues are given from outside to in. The diameters indicated by the arrows can be filled in with the diameter clue answers. We fill in the grid as shown below:

From outer to inner, the rings are filled in clockwise with SODAPOP, SQRT I, LEVEL, LOGGING; PREMIER, ARIANA, FIVEMINUTES; LEASE, THEY, CAPYBARA, HADOKEN; and CLAN, HYSSOP, LAIC, MCTWIST, MIX. The top cells of each ring are the first O of SODAPOP, the first R of PREMIER, the A of LEASE, and the L of CLAN. There are borders that help demarcate the words.



The first answer for each ring (SQRT I, FIVE MINUTES, HADOKEN, MCTWIST) represents a rotation, so we rotate each of the 4 rings of the grid accordingly. Once that’s done, we read down one of the diameters to get the answer PSYCLONE.
