The graffiti in this part of the puzzle is actually twelve clues, except each word has been transformed or encoded - or both. After deciphering and solving the clues, notice that the number of letters in each answer matches the number of words in its clue. The next step is to write the answers, letter by letter, in the same style and with the same transformations as were used in the clues. Doing this will change the original answers into new words, each of which is a name of a color. Extract the letter from the color name that corresponds to the word in the clue written in that color.
For example, the first clue is DOCTOR WHO NETWORK, except that DOCTOR is written backwards, WHO is in pigpen, and NETWORK is sideways. The solution to this clue is BBC, so apply these three transformations to the three letters of BBC:
Our original answer BBC has been transformed into DUN. In the original clue, the third word (NETWORK) was dun-colored, so it’s the third letter of DUN that we extract, an N. Repeating this solution process for the remaining eleven clues gives our answer; NABISCO LABEL.
The encodings used in the puzzle include braille, semaphore flags, Morse code, hexadecimal, A1Z26, Japanese numerals, Roman numerals, and Mayan numbers, in addition to character transformations like cutting letters in half, underlining them, or changing orientation.
