The Lentalgram photos are out of chronological order. Putting these back in the correct order and using the dates as letters (since they conveniently don't go past 26 for some reason) spells out REQUEST NAMES. Each of these captions is a clue for the name of a Lentalk Request in New Pokémon Snap for which the photo successfully completes the request:

Reading the likes and comments in the order they're presented with each photo and using these as indexes into the Lentalk request name for each photo, you're given the task for this Self-Help round puzzle: CATCH ONE OF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS IN A POKÉ BALL.
