Each of the videos is a clip from a well-known movie, but with modified dialogue referring to various kinds of meats. One letter of each movie title can be changed so that the meat-based dialogue becomes appropriate, e.g. we change OKLAHOMA to OKLAHAMA. Taking the new letters in the given order spells the answer, HAM IT UP .
