The puzzle headers give you the first step toward finding the solution to the meta. It’s possible to order the puzzles from 1 to 10 based on the position of the comet depicted in the headers (leftmost comet = 1, rightmost comet = 10). From there, index into each solution by the number of stars depicted in that puzzle’s header to get the intermediate phrase HEGU CRATER.

The flavor text on the meta indicates that the solvers need to figure out where the broken part is located; Hegu Crater is located on the far (dark) side of the moon.

The ten answers can be paired up with the ten tracks of the Pink Floyd album Dark Side of the Moon. For example, track 1 of the album (“Speak To Me”) corresponds to the answer “Pronouncement,” and track 6 of the album (“Money”) corresponds to the answer “Greenbacks.”

Put the solutions in the order indicated by the album’s track listing, and then read the Nth letter of each solution (where N is the track number from the album) to get the meta solution PRISM BRAKE. Note that reading the track number’s letter is effectively the same thing as reading down the diagonal of the list if it’s monospaced.
