In most puzzles, when a team submitted an answer-guess, the site would respond CORRECT (with fanfare and/or applause) or INCORRECT. But in this puzzle, the site just responded REQUESTED… and wouldn't accept more answer-guesses right away.
Then the team got a phone call from "Concierge Services." A mysterious conversation ensued; at some point, Concierge Services hung up. Then the web site would let the team submit another answer-guess; once again said RESPONDED; Concierge Services would call the team again and so on.
This web interaction presents the puzzle content (alas sans the friendly voice of the excellent phone operators of Concierge Services).
