Bowser's Castle

Thank you Mario, but our princess is in another castle...

However, there's a note here she left:

Bowser has been holding me here since he escaped from our wedding. Listening to him, it sounds like you're getting close! He's been making arrangements to keep me from being rescued if you make it here; he's planning to move me somewhere but I don't know where.

I overheard the Koopalings talking while they were playing cards and bragging about how you'd never find the "star fragments" you'll need in order to come rescue me—thank goodness for those stupid talkative Koopa Kids! I don't know where you can find these star fragments, but I think they know where one is; maybe you can figure it out from the information I gathered.

There's some kind of warp pipe they're opening up, which I think is where they're going to take me, and—oh no, they're coming! I'll try to leave you notes saying where we're going!

Enclosed with the note, you found this document:

Seven of Bowser's children are known as the Koopalings; their names, in age order, are Larry, Morton, Wendy, Iggy, Roy, Lemmy, and Ludwig. The Koopalings are playing a game of Koopa Kards. The deck of Koopa Kards consists of 21 cards with seven ranks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7) and three suits (Mushrooms, Flowers, and Stars); each card also has a letter printed on it. Cards of higher rank have a greater value than cards of lower rank, and within a rank, Stars have a greater value than Flowers, which have a greater value than Mushrooms. The point total of a hand of Koopa Kards is the sum of the ranks of all of the cards in that hand. The Koopalings sit in a circle alphabetically, with the alphabet running clockwise. They deal out the Koopa Kards clockwise in increasing order of value starting with the first Koopaling alphabetically.

Each of the following actions will occur exactly once, in some order. Note that in the correct order, each action will cause the state of the game to change. At the end of the game, each Koopaling has exactly one card in his or her hand.
