In the corner of the picture is On that site, you'll find one of Richard Brodie's projects, Chromaphonoglyphics. CPG is an artificial script used to make this puzzle. Decoding the glyphs using this script yields:

The phrases are titles of movies, with a phonetic segment removed, and respliced together.

Taking the phonemes in the order the movies are spliced together gives DRUM-ATT-ISS-PUR-SO-NEIGH, or DRAMATIS PERSONAE.
