This metameta involves playing a sample game of Escape from Zyzzlvaria. Much of the game is given out at the start, but some pieces must be gained by solving metapuzzles from the other Inner Zyzzlvaria rounds. These are the components of the board game:

• A box with this cover logo (given at the start of the hunt)
• A rule sheet (given at the start of the Hunt)
• A 16x16 Zyzzlvaria board (given at the start of the Hunt)
• Eight 1x1 escape pods (given at the start of the Hunt)
• Eight numbered pawns (given at the start of the Hunt)
• Twelve dice: black d6, d8, d10, d12; white d6, d8, d10, d12; white d6, d8, d10, d12 (given at the start of the Hunt)
• A deck of 16 Zyzzlvaria cards (given after solving one meta)
• The Moon Counter and six moon markers (given after solving two metas)
• The Wheel of Death (given after solving three metas)
• 370 Dollarbucks: 1's | 5's | 10's | 50's (given after solving four metas)
• A sample game (given after rounds one through four)
• A strategy guide (given after round four)
