SOLUTION:

First, use the international standard Morse Code and transcribe the messsage (see below)
Take the numbers in the message, set these numbers up as lat/ long
Look this up. The USGS has an online database that can print out maps from coordinates. The coundinates are in DD MM SS format.
You will find, when zoomed in sufficiently, that you are looking at lake.
The lake, conveniently, is named the same as the answer word, WINNIPESAUKEE.
