"Oh No!" You groan to yourself as you approach the impressive (and impressively guarded) structure. You've been in enough trouble in this city, and this does not seem like a good place to be. Just as you're about to slink back into the shadows, you spot something glinting in the sand. You bend down to take a closer look, forgetting, for a minute, just how suspicious you look, lurking around here. As you're straightening up, a gold coin in your hand, a guard spots you.
"Hey you! What are you doing here?"
You take off around the corner and the guard yells, "Stop thief!" Just when it looks like all is lost a black portal opens before you. Sometimes your timing is downright divine.
