Ordering by the crostic or anagramming the letters gives HAWAIIAN.
The H and N might be difficult to find.  However, they should not be
necessary to find the answer.  (8 letter words with AAAII in them are
uncommon.)

The A in _s.jpg might be difficult to find, as well.
