All that really matters is the countries where the traveler is
staying, so the connecting flights can be ignored.  Once you have the
three countries, take the ISO two-letter code (hence the standards
reference in the intro) for each of them and put them together [AN GE
LA]

FYI: Flights can always be double checked by moving several weeks
forward. Almost all airline flights will fly on the same day every
week.  Also, all this information is available on the internet. Once
you know what the airlines are, you can figure out their common
cities, and just plug and chug with an online travel program. (It
turns out that some of the flight numbers can also just be searched
directly on the internet, which is a good way to get starting points
in the middle.)

Errata: TK1386 was originally listed as being on Thursday Jan 13.  It
is currently a MWF only flight. (Thursday service doesn't start until
Jan. 27)
